Beekeeping Equipment We stand behind the quality of our commercial-grade equipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement. To process your request, include photos and a brief description of the issue.
Live Bees (5-Frame Nucs) All bee nucs are professionally inspected and include a state-issued health certificate. Because bees are live animals and sensitive to handling and environment, all bee sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once bees leave our care. We encourage timely pickup and safe transport for the health of your colony.
Honey Our honey is raw, pure, and unfiltered, packaged with care. As a food product, honey cannot be returned. However, if your jar arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you on a resolution.
